A restaurant, bistro, and outdoor patio where friends can relax and families can gather.
Our goal is to partner with local, Lancaster County food vendors to bring the Farm-to-Table movement to our community.
At the center of the restaurant area, you’ll find a hearth oven. Our name highlights that signature feature and connects back to Pleasant View’s heritage of the family farm.
Hearth and Harrow is open to all. We welcome everyone from the community to join us for a cup of coffee or have a seat at our table.

Best burger in the area and don't sleep on the brick oven pizza. The staff was super helpful for orienting us to the area and making sure we were well taken care of on our stay. Definite pit stop when in the area.

This place is a gem. Counter order (which usually turns me off) then food is brought to table. Prices are almost silly affordable. Went here on a suggestion. First time. Food was stellar. Son had their pancakes, as breakfast was still being served. Super fluffy buttermilk. I had the Greek salad with quinoa. Added grilled chicken. Our guest had a big omelet breakfast with potatoes and great thick toast. $24 all in. Couldn't believe it. All of our food was excellent. Less than 15 minutes. Will definitely do this again. DO NOT let the fact that it is attached to Pleasant View Nursing home dissuade you. The facility is high end and the restaurant newly remodeled. They also have great outdoor seating with Italian market lights and a beautiful water fountain.
