Line Look Full-Time
Welcome to Hearth & Harrow — a restaurant, bistro, coffee bar, and outdoor patio located in Manheim, PA. You will join our restaurant team as a Line Cook to assist with food preparation. No late nights — restaurant closes at 7pm.
Experience:
- 2+ years a la carte cooking experience
- Catering experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Prepare all food items, all cooking stations, as directed
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
